A good example that Jessica likes to give her students: when someone runs a marathon, they stretch after they’ve ran so they don’t pull a muscle. Singing works the same way.

  • I haven’t sung Solo in front of people since I was in my teens. I use to sing in a band and in the choir back then but as I got older I stop singing but want to try it again.
